Application of the Construction Sites Directive in civil and industrial maintenance works

Description

Title IV of Legislative Decree 81/2008 defines a temporary and mobile construction site as any location where building or civil engineering works are carried out, as further specified in Annex X — namely “construction, maintenance, repair, demolition, conservation, renovation, restructuring, equipping, conversion, renewal or dismantling works on fixed, permanent or temporary structures, in masonry, reinforced concrete, metal, wood or other materials”.
