The Job-Specific Safety Training Course is the mandatory completion of the training pathway for all workers under Article 37 of Legislative Decree 81/08 and the State-Regions Agreement of 21 December 2011.
Unlike the general part, this training is tailored to the company’s specific risk assessment. Content is defined on the basis of the activities actually performed, the equipment and substances used, the tasks assigned and the hazards associated with the operational context.
The course gives workers and supervisors practical tools to recognise and manage risks in their own working environment, adopt safe behaviours and prevent hazardous situations. It also helps participants understand correct operational procedures, the appropriate use of protective equipment and the organisational measures provided for by the company prevention system.
The pathway varies according to the risk level of the relevant sector (low, medium or high), with proportionate duration and content tailored to the actual operational needs of the staff.
