Under the State-Regions Agreement of 21 December 2011, managers must attend refresher training at least every five years.
The strategic role this figure holds in occupational health and safety, combined with the duties and responsibilities assigned by legislation, calls for periodic opportunities for in-depth study and reflection.
This course provides participants with:
- an update on regulatory, case-law and organisational developments in the field of prevention;
- a review of the skills and responsibilities assigned to the manager;
- an opportunity to share experiences with other companies on operational challenges and best practices;
- practical tools for contributing to safety management in an informed, coherent and effective manner.
The objective is to strengthen the manager’s active role as a key figure in promoting a prevention culture and building robust, compliant organisational systems.
