The supervisor plays a fundamental role in the day-to-day management of occupational health and safety, overseeing compliance with rules, the correct use of protective equipment and worker conduct. For this reason, legislation requires supervisors to receive specific training beyond the general component, aimed at strengthening awareness, responsibility and the ability to intervene.
The course provides the knowledge and tools needed to perform the supervisor role effectively, with particular attention to regulatory, organisational, relational and communication aspects. The objective is to train competent individuals who can actively contribute to the company prevention system and help promote a safety culture.
Note that, for training to be complete, it must be supplemented at company level with specific content on risk assessment in the operational context, the identification of prevention and protection measures, and the practical exercise of the supervisory function.
