She heads CEPER’s psychological and behavioural services, promoting initiatives that foster the health and wellbeing of all company functions to build a safe and positive working environment. She graduated in Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology and Neuropsychology from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and is registered with the Board of Psychologists of Lombardia (03/15304). She holds a PhD in Human Sciences from The University of Western Australia, in Perth. Since 2012, she has offered her expertise as a consultant and trainer in occupational health and safety.
